Manual Feed Pallets vs Auto Feed Pallets 

Manual non-stop feed pallets are used with presses machine where the non-stop function is handled by inserting feed swords into the pallet slots one at a time by the press operator. Automatic Pallets are used when all the non-stop feed swords are put into the pallet slots automatically by the machine simultaneously with the help of electric eyes. Manual pallets normally cost less than automatic pallets because auto pallets have very tight and specific tolerances to maintain reliable operation in automated systems.

Nonstop pallets are suitable for non stop printing press machine Rapid 142/145, Hederber CX102,SM-102,XL-105, Rapida 105/106, and Rola 700, SPeria 106/Expercut 106 ,XL-75 series printing and die-cutter machines.
