Compared with the common slotted top pallets, this flat nine-leg pallet is mainly designed to meet the special requirements of different scenarios:
1. Adaptation to different paper types/products
Groove-type: It is mainly used for small-sized and high-value printed items such as cigarette labels, medicine packages, and labels. The grooves can precisely position the paper stacks and prevent them from shifting during transportation, making it suitable for high-speed automated printing pallet machines.
Flat-type: It is more suitable for large-sized finished paper, full-size paper sheets, cartons, and laminated products, etc. The flat supporting surface can fully support the entire stack of paper, avoiding uneven force on the edges and preventing paper deformation or damage.
2. Stronger versatility, reusable across scenarios
Cross-plant circulation: The flat pallet can be used in paper mills, printing plants, post-processing workshops, and warehouses, and is not necessary to replace the tray for different processes to reduce logistics costs.

3. Matching requirements for equipment and processes
Manual/handling semi-automatic printing lines: If your production line does not have a high-precision automatic paper feeding mechanism, the flat pallet is easier to be manually handled and operated, and the paper stack placement is more flexible.
