The company has chosen to purchase the Board master flexographic pallet printing press pallet from Heidebe pallet Printing Machinery pallet AG (HEDEBE, hereinafter referred to as “Hedebe”) to strategically expand its nonstop pallet production capacity at the printing pallet factory in Halle, Germany, and lay the foundation for achieving higher printing pallet production efficiency and flexibility.
Swiss packaging pallet provider WINTIPAK has further accelerated its expansion by investing in the purchase of Hedebe’s pallet Board master flexographic pallet printing pallet press.
This highly innovative printing system pallet enables extremely fast job switching, with a production speed of up to 600 meters per minute. Since cardboard is the most valuable raw material in the nonstop pallet production process, reducing waste is crucial for improving sustainability and cost-effectiveness with feeder pallet. With the new Board master automatic feeding pallet technology, the maximum amount of waste can be reduced by up to 90%. Moreover, thanks to the order switching that can be completed in just a few seconds, the Board master flexographic printing press pallet will enable WINTIPAK to complete multiple orders at the lowest production cost within a day while maintaining high quality standards for nonstop pallets.
Through this investment, WINTIPAK once again demonstrates its development ambition, that is, to set new economic pallet and sustainable development benchmarks for the sterile packaging pallet industry through forward-looking technologies.
