We usually should pay attention to the following points when using plastic pallet:
1.plastic pallet should avoid the sun exposure, so as not to cause aging, shorten the service life.
2. It is strictly prohibited to throw the goods from high places in plastic pallet. Reasonably determine the stacking mode of the goods in the tray. Put the goods evenly, do not pile stacking, eccentric stacking. The lets bearing heavy objects shall be placed on a flat ground or surface.
3. It is strictly prohibited to throw plastic pallet down from high places to avoid the breakage and cracking of the tray caused by violent impact.
4. When the forklift or manual hydraulic truck works, the fork should try to reach the outside of the fork hole. The fork should be extended into the tray, and the Angle can be changed only after lifting the tray smoothly. The fork prick shall not hit the side of the tray to avoid breaking and cracking of the tray.
5. When the tray is on the shelf, the shelf type tray must be used, and the carrying capacity is determined according to the shelf structure. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
