Automatic Pallets are used when all the non stop intelligent swords are put into the pallet slots positioning with the help of electric eyes. Manual pallets normally cost less than automatic pallets because auto pallets have very tight and specific tolerances to maintain reliable operation in automated systems.
intelligent Sword Slot Positioning – in manual pallets the slots are positioned to miss the most vertical bars in feed, in automatic pallets the slots are positioned and sized by widening from the center out to maximize efficiency in automation and reduce the tolerance requirements of the system.
