Correct use of plastic pallets
1. The packaging combination is placed on a plastic pallet, with appropriate binding and wrapping. It is convenient to use mechanical loading, unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
2. It is strictly forbidden to drop the plastic tray from a high place to avoid broken and cracked trays due to violent impact
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods from a high place into the plastic pallet. Reasonably determine how the goods are stacked on the pallet. Place the goods evenly, do not pile them together, or stack them eccentrically. Pallets carrying heavy objects should be placed on a flat ground or object surface.
4. When stacking, the load bearing of the bottom pallet should be considered.
5. When working with forklifts or manual hydraulic vehicles, you should consider whether the size of the fork is suitable for this plastic pallet, so as to avoid improper size and damage the plastic pallet. The fork spines should be as close as possible to the outside of the fork hole of the pallet, and the fork spines should all extend into the pallet, and the angle can only be changed after the pallet is lifted steadily. The fork thorns should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid breaking and cracking the pallet.
6. When the pallet is put on the shelf, the shelf-type pallet must be used. The pallet should be placed stably on the shelf beam. The length of the pallet should be greater than the outer diameter of the shelf beam by 50mm or more. The load capacity depends on the shelf structure. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
7. When carrying corrosive items, pay attention to the packaging and loading of the items to avoid pollution to the pallet.
8. When using plastic pallets, try not to put them in a damp and dark place, so as not to affect the service life of the plastic pallets.
